The best treatments for mature skin | Julius Few, M.D., holistic plastic surgeon

“We have a saying in plastic surgery, ‘The person who has the least experience is the one who tends to do the most.’ For anybody who's thinking about doing something cosmetic, do not try to alter anything more than 85 percent of what you think is ideal. If you abide by that, you will stay out of trouble,” says holistic plastic surgeon & aesthetic rejuvenation specialist Julius Few, M.D. In this episode of Clean Beauty School, mindbodygreen beauty director and host Alexandra Engler chats with Few about his concept of “four dimensional beauty,” his skin care principles, and why less is more.

Is your smile aging you? | Victoria Veytsman, DDS, cosmetic dentist

“The first signs of aging often show up in your mouth. Remember, it's one of the most used parts of the body. You know, your skin loses collagen and volume, but so do the teeth. The bones in your face change, the musculature changes, and the teeth can experience things like chipping and discoloration,” says celebrity cosmetic dentist Victoria Veytsman, DDS. In this episode of Clean Beauty School, host and mindbodygreen beauty director Alexandra Engler chats with Veytsman about how the smile changes with age, oral health’s impact on overall health, and the oral microbiome.

Unexpected signs of skin aging | Anar Mikailov, M.D., board-certified dermatologist

“I remind folks that it’s okay to care about ourselves, about how we look, and about how we feel. Fundamentally, it’s very important. Aasdfgh ,

Registered Nurse

I just find the information in each episode so enlightening… every time. Even I am not particularity interested in the said topic… I always learn a “gem” of info.
The questions asked are always exactly what I would ask. I just love this podcast!

Ebay Bucks ,

The information is great, the ads not so much

I love the show but the ads when read by Liz sound mechanical.

I can’t stand it so I always fast forward through them…isn’t that opposite the goal?

Please use a computer voice, like Alexa or something to read them.

I don’t mean to be mean, just being honest.

Model Madison Headrick Episode

What a pointless episode. If you are coming on a podcast to talk about skincare and you can’t even name the brands of serums that you use. So basically you came to promote your own skincare line which is ok but didn’t really give any value add advice. Same trend for the rest of episodes. Great topics but very little input and knowledge included.
