3 second goldfish

Love the podcast. I have MS and have the attention span of a goldfish. Anything that keeps me on one task for more 10 mins is a god send. Love the hour long programs, You pull me back on task. I can do one hour ... I can have a clean house. Love that you remind me to put my clothes in the dryer. Kinda need the hand holding. With MS the distractions leave me too tired to finish. After a couple catch up two hour, two podcast weeks I am feeling triumphant. So much better than clean with me on you tube. If I wanted music I would turn on music. You can’t watch and clean? But you can listen, and clean. Thank you.

Amended to 5 stars because...

I truly enjoy this podcast. I smile at the talk of making sure you freshen up before your husband gets home, the comment of “if your husband doesn’t like to see the toilet paper out”—because if you aren’t the type of woman who does that, or are single, etc, she equally has zero judgement. It’s like listening to a Southern woman talk to a friend. Originally I had marked this four stars because in earlier episodes, such as in the cleaning for company episode, the copious use of “you know” made my head twitch. Sometimes silence is better than a conversational space filler-and when you are tuned in to a podcast as you work, the constant “you know” at the end of a thought does come to be grating. However it seems feedback was taken in to account and these past few episodes have kept their charm and wisdom but eliminated the “you know”’s. I have saved these and listen first, then replay as I clean-once for motivation and once for inspiration. It’s enjoyable to clean as someone is talking you through it. Rather impressed!
