Hypothalamic amenorrhea
07/22/2024
Thank you Dr. Caroline for all the fantastic & life-changing health and mindset education! Would you consider a podcast episode on hypothalamic amenorrhea? I think this is a big issue for a lot of women with very little education. My daughter age 21 has not had a period for a year and has also had a very weird leg fracture. We are struggling to find a provider/specialist to properly diagnose possible genetic and endocrine factors as well as dietary/cognitive behavioral psychological factors. We would appreciate any provider resources/connections you can share! Blessings!
Way too many ads
Jan 25
I love Dr. Leaf’s content! But the amount of ads have become unbearable! It’s a toss up whether more minutes of these podcasts are devoted to her content, or to ads. Currently turning off the most recent podcast because the amount of ads have taken away the value of the content for me. It’s so much mental interruption that I can’t track where she was before the last few ads.
Content is great; Moderator can’t stop interrupting her guests!

The content is great and informative but Dr. Leaf very frequently interrupts the kind experts (who took valuable time out of their day to do this show), and it REALLY distracts from the content of the podcast.
Caroline peddles pseudo science

Don’t believe anything this woman says. She believes you can change your brain chemistry and just make things go away by looking at Jesus.
Helpful but…
12/06/2024
Dr. Leaf and her guests offer wise help but the ads are so annoying because they show up in the middle of a guests sentence. After several minutes of ads, it goes back to the show right back in the middle of a sentence. It’s 2024 - I would think it’s possible to time the ads more appropriately.
The Feminine

Thank you for talking about this issue!! This was so powerful! I love the light you shine on what we have learned to be “ok” with!! I LOVE this episode.
This is everything

I have spent many years reviewing various tools and leaders to help in cleaning up the mental mess, and I’ve never found anyone like Dr. Leaf. Her program is all inclusive. It’s a one stop shop.
Powerful podcast for transforming the mind!
02/28/2024
Dr. Leaf has been a distant mentor of mine for years. Through this podcast, I am always inspired and challenged to do introspection, improve my emotional intelligence and transform the way I think. This podcast will help you do the mental work to live a more fulfilling life.
Interruptions
02/11/2024
I love Dr. Leaf’s insight and wealth of knowledge. However, it becomes hard to listen when she talks fast and frequently interrupts her guests which disrupts the flow of the conversation.
Interview with self proclaiming 'witch'
02/13/2024
I use to like Dr Leaf but I lost all respect for her after I heard the October 2, 2020 episode. Dr Leaf interviewed Dr Ellen Vora, a self proclaiming witch. Witchcraft is demonic, no matter how you spin it, and no matter how harness it may seem. I will never again listen to Dr Leaf since she endorses the counsel of a practicing witch. I want nothing to do with demonic activity.
