Dickey’s BBQ Pit began operating in Windsor in late 2019, and has had quite a year! Owners Jon and Sara Hockhalter have worked well together to handle the challenges of opening a restaurant in the time of COVID-19, receiving tremendous support from the community. They share how they got started in the restaurant business, their exciting event in the first few days of business, and what continues to motivate them.
