Welcome to Season 3!
Your hosts are musician and music teacher Pete Gidlund and filmmaker Matt Silas. We go deep on all topics related to the music we love.
This season, we are doing something new with the show: it's going to be shorter, more fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants, and we're going to try like heck to get a new episode out every other week.

Great podcast!
The dialogue goes into great depth about the subject matter while covering a wide range of subtopics. Obviously this duo of personalities comes to the table well prepared and are able to stay balanced in their sometimes varying opinions. I really appreciate how they provide musical clips to augment the talking. All in all it's a thoroughly engrossing listen. I'm looking forward to more to come.
Perfect for music fiends and newbies alike
In this world of critics and cynics, it is a genuine pleasure to find two guys who clearly, unabashedly LOVE music. My musical preferences sometimes align with Matt and Pete's -- and other times, I vehemently disagree. Either way, the conversation is always insightful, heartfelt, respectful, fun. I look forward to each new episode.
What a lesson
I realized I was getting my first lesson ever in listening to music. Hearing elements I've never heard before. When it ended I wanted more. Choice of pieces was superb and the exchanges between Matt and Pete totally enjoyable.
