So many nuggets of wisdom!

A friend turned me on to this podcast and after listening to the first episode, I started rapidly devouring the subsequent episodes.

I love the authenticity of the host and his guests. The tone of the interviews is highly conversational and familial. The host doesn’t ask lame “stock” questions of his guests. Instead, there is a nice back and forth between friends and it’s clear that both host and guest are highly engaged. Both share their experience and wisdom and lightness to the topic.

I too love the framework — CLUELESS. By exploring the cluelessness/mindlessness of our behavior at work (and at home), the host and his guests start to shape a vision of what a mindful, meaningful work life could look like. I find myself more conscious of the ways in which I have been clueless and I hope that this type of reflection might just help me be a little more mindful in the future. There are so many nuggets of wisdom and small tips that make a big difference sprinkled throughout the show.

Anyway, great stuff and I’d highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to move towards the best version of themselves. Happy listening!
