Love a connection of sports and yoga

I have been studying with Jules Mitchell. She promoted her interview with you! I listened to it! I loved your interviewing style. You also have a very good voice and articulate speech! Well-done! I was pleasantly surprised to see an interview with Patrick McKeown. You are super blessed to discover oxygen advantage in your 30s. I learned about it a couple of years ago! I did work with a Buteyko coach! Transforming my breath has been a life changing experience! As I was practicing various pranayama techniques in yoga classes, My breath had shifted, I believe, due to hyperventilation. That shift set my path that led me to oxygen advantage!
Today, I listened to your interview with Robin. I could relate to many of her experiences. I am very excited about her upcoming book. It’s going to be an awesome addition for any yoga practitioner who is ready to embrace a change!
Thank you for spreading the message. I am definitely sharing an interview link with my clients!
Thank you for all you do!
