The third episode of our Construction Defects podcast series focuses on Property Insurers and the current and upcoming challenges they are facing. We discuss the the types of liability that may be faced by property insurers for damage caused by construction defects; the application of relevant exclusions; and approaches to risk management.

The last episode in our Construction Defects podcast series examines the position of Housing Associations and other landlords of large property portfolios.
