CNN 5 Things

I am impressed by app’s weekday 5 Things, and weekend 5 Good Things and One Thing programs. 5 Things’ editorial stance is slightly left of center, and the show is delivered with an optimistic tone. On Saturdays, 5 Good Things provides a welcome break from the challenges and threats in the news.

CNN: I trust their reporting far more than any other news agency along w/CBS,NYTimes, Washington Post. These four execute Non-Biased stories the most! I will never view a news agency that reports/supports falsehoods, outright lies, & that does not execute fact checking before reporting a story or broadcasting news with ground rules rooted within the United States Constitution!

A decent way to get up-to-the-minute news reports. They post a 5-minute episode every 3 hours. It definitely leans left, sometimes heavily so, in terms of which stories they choose to present and how it presents them. It’s always very clear which side of a debate they’re aligned with. It’s more left-leaning than the NYT Morning Headlines podcast (which now prefer), and less so than NPR’s Up First.
