Awesome Content

Every episode is packed with info you need if you're looking to better yourself. Whether deep diving into the types of collagen (and WHY you need them) or explaing WHY and HOW your body reacts to specific exercises, I always learn something that helps me improve my fitness journey. They're short - listen to a couple during your workout for a change of pace!
