In this Episode Dave Stitt is joined by Alex Atherton who is an ex-head teacher at secondary school, and now trains and coaches schools and organisations in leading Generation Z. 

Alex tells us about his frustration on how Generation Z's are portrayed and treated being referred to a 'Snowflake'. The opposite is true and when we understand the context, we can better lead Generation Z's

Generation Z's have been in the work for some time and are now becoming front line managers who will eventually be responsible for leading the generations which follow.

It's important that we contextualize and recongnise the differences between generations but also from within each generation.
