Marie, his mother, has been very committed to promote co-production with health professionals and is very clear about that this is neccesary to secure high quality of care. She is also keen to be a part and be involved in quality improvements projects. Listen to her experiences, thoughts and the challenges to overcome regarding patients and staff working together as partners. A question she points out. Why are we afraid of involving patients in improvements projects? What is really the problem? How can we start learning together if the patient is not invited?

Co-production is it a holy grail or something to guide our practice? In this conversation Dee and Nicoline discuss the merits of co-production and how important it is to be realistic about how we both introduce it and utilise it in our coaching practice.
