    Send us a text In this episode, we’re letting AI do the pitching. We prompted it to generate B2B campaign ideas, then we’re reacting to them by breaking down what would work, what wouldn’t and how we’d make them stronger.  Cocktail: Fall Sangria Celebrity chef Bobby Flay crafted this sangria to capture the essence of fall in every sip. Inspired by the season’s bounty, it combines the tart brightness of blood oranges with the jewel-like sweetness of pomegranate seeds. Rosemary adds a fragrant, earthy touch that perfectly complements the citrus, while a splash of orange and pomegranate liqueur gives it warmth and depth. Ingredients: 1 cup water Juice of 1 blood orange 2 torn rosemary sprigs 1/4 cup orange liqueur 2 tablespoons pomegranate liqueur 1–2 tablespoons superfine sugar (to taste) 1 sliced blood orange 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1 bottle chilled dry sparkling red wine Ice Directions: Stir the water, blood orange juice, rosemary sprigs, orange liqueur, pomegranate liqueur, and sugar in a pitcher until combined. Add the sliced blood orange and pomegranate seeds. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors infuse. When ready to serve, add ice to the pitcher and stir in the sparkling red wine. Serve chilled.     Send us a text Caramel Apple Martini This martini combines fresh apple cider, caramel sauce, vodka, and butterscotch schnapps so you get the crispness of fall apples with a buttery caramel twist. It’s fun, a little indulgent, and gives you something memorable to sip while you dig into this week's episode Ingredients: •Caramel sauce (for rimming the glasses) •Ice (for shaking) •4 oz apple cider •3 oz vodka •2 oz butterscotch schnapps •Sliced apple, for garnish Directions: •Chill two martini glasses in the freezer for about 15 minutes. •Dip the rims of the glasses in caramel sauce to coat. •Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add apple cider, vodka, and butterscotch schnapps. •Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. •Strain into the prepared martini glasses. Garnish with apple slices if desired. In this episode, we’ll explore the link between culture and brand, why it’s a competitive advantage and how companies can intentionally build culture that drives growth.  Chit-Cha Toddy The Chit-Cha Toddy was created by Shawn Chen, beverage director at RedFarm and principal bartender at Decoy in New York City. Chen drew inspiration from the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, aiming to honor tea and his cultural heritage. The drink features osmanthus oolong tea from Taiwan, prized for its delicate flavor and faint nuttiness. At Decoy, it’s often served in a Chinese gaiwan, though it can also be served in a hollowed-out mini pumpkin for a festive twist. The name “Chit-Cha” comes from the respectful way of serving tea in Chinese culture. Ingredients: 9 oz. George Dickel rye whiskey 3 oz. Benedictine liqueur 6 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed 6 oz. ginger syrup* 3 oz. blossom honey 32 oz. osmanthus oolong tea, hot-brewed** Garnish: 12 lemon half-wheels studded with cloves, mint leaves and cinnamon sugar Directions: Add all ingredients into a large hollowed-out pumpkin or a punch bowl, and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Divide into 12 hollowed-out mini pumpkins or punch cups. Garnish each with a lemon half-wheel studded with cloves, a mint leaf and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. *Ginger syrup: Juice 4 ounces fresh peeled ginger root. Add 1 cup extra-fine sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. **Oolong tea: Steep 8 tsp osmanthus oolong tea with 32 ounces water for 3 to 5 minutes. It’s simple, seasonal and just feels right this time of year.  Ingredients: 6 oz. applejack 4 oz. pumpkin puree 4 oz. apple cider, chilled 6 oz. ginger beer, chilled 4 apple slices, for garnish  Directions: Combine the applejack, pumpkin puree and apple cider in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Stir in the ginger beer. Strain into 4 rocks glasses filled with ice. Garnish with the apple slices.' Pumpkin Spice White Russian This cocktail has everything you want in a fall drink. Think of it as the after-5 p.m. version of your morning pumpkin spice latte, but without the long wait in line. Smooth coffee notes, creamy richness and a hint of pumpkin pie spice make it a perfect seasonal sipper. Ingredients (makes 4): 4 gingersnap cookies, crumbled (for rim)1 tsp. honey (for rim)6 oz. coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)5 oz. vodka1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice6 oz. heavy creamDirections: 1.    Place crumbled cookies on a plate. Rub rims of 4 glasses with honey and dip in cookie crumbs to coat. 2.    Whisk together coffee liqueur, vodka and pumpkin pie spice in a measuring cup. 3.    Pour into prepared glasses, dividing evenly; add ice. 4.    Top each glass with heavy cream and serve immediately. The Tia Mia is a modern riff on the Mai Tai that swaps the classic dark rum float for mezcal espadín, giving it smoky depth alongside funky Jamaican rum. Created in 2010 by bartender Ivy Mix for Julie Reiner’s Hawaiian-inspired New York bar Lani Kai, the Tia Mia was Mix’s first cocktail to hit a menu. Though Lani Kai closed after two years, the drink lived on, later becoming a staple at Leyenda in Brooklyn and featured in Mix’s book Spirits of Latin America.   Ingredients: 1 oz. mezcal espadín1 oz. Jamaican rum1/2 oz. orange curaçao1/2 oz. orgeat3/4 oz. fresh lime juiceGarnish: mint sprig, lime wheel and edible orchid (optional)Directions: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.Strain into a large rocks glass over crushed or pebbled ice.Garnish with lime wheel, mint sprig and orchid (optional).
