    This Week's Cocktail: Apple Pie Moonshine Cocktail

    We are excited to share this fantastic cocktail recipe with you. It's a delicious and potent drink with moonshine as its key ingredient. The apple pie moonshine cocktail is the perfect complement to our discussion on the recent changes on Twitter. So, let's mix a few of these up and start our chat on a fantastic note!


    4 oz apple pie moonshine4 oz apple juice2 oz cinnamon simple syrup recipe follows1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juiceapple slices, to garnishcinnamon sticks, to garnish 
    Steps:
    In a shaker, combine your favorite apple pie moonshine, apple juice, cinnamon simple syrup, and lemon juice.  Fill your shaker full of ice.  Stir for 10-15 seconds to chill drink.  Strain ice. Place ice in glassGarnish with sliced apples and cinnamon sticks.

Many agencies take advantage of potential clients in a variety of ways. In this episode, we’ll discuss 4 red flags.

    This week’s drink is the Long Island Iced Tea. This is the original recipe from a bartender named Bob “Rosebud” Butt. He is usually credited with inventing the Long Island Iced Tea in 1972. As the story goes, Butt was working in a bar in Long Island, New York, when a friendly competition compelled him to concoct the refreshing but strong iced tea-colored beverage, hence the name.

    Ingredients:
    1 oz. Gin1 oz. Rum1 oz. Tequila1 oz. Triple Sec1 oz. Vodka1.5 oz. Homemade Sour MixA Splash of Cola for Color 
    Steps:
    Mix ingredients with ice in a Collins glass then transfer to shaker. Shake once or twice then pour back into glass. Garnish with lemon then brace yourself.

    This week’s drink is a Ruby Hearts. This is the original recipe from bartender Melissa Ramos of The Publican. Riley dislikes bitter things, and this drink has bitter elements. “The Ruby Hearts is a most unexpected cocktail. In addition to Campari, it features mezcal, cinnamon-demerara syrup, lime juice and Bell’s Two Hearted Ale, an American-style IPA from Michigan.”

    Ingredients
    1.5 oz. Union mezcal.5 oz. Campari.75 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed.75 oz. cinnamon-demerara syrup4 oz. Bell’s Two Hearted AleGarnish: cinnamon stickSteps
    Add the mezcal, Campari, cinnamon-demerara syrup and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.Top with the beer and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
