I’m so grateful to have found this podcast. This was exactly what I needed at this point in my journey.
The Best Podcast About Codependency
I love this podcast so much. I’ve listened to most episodes twice and really wish there were more. Brian is an awesome host and the guests were wonderful. I learned so much from this podcast about codependency, various types of therapy and guidance on how to work on my codependency issues. Some of my faves were: Dr. Robb, Christine Askew, Kim Saeed, Savannah Grey and Lisa Romano. I almost cried when I realized it hadn’t added a new one for more than a year and a half. Thank you so much for this podcast and I sincerely hope you make more!!
Episode 12 really spoke to me
Christine was describing me perfectly as the fixer. It’s hurt a lot of my friendships and relationships over the years. I hope to learn more what schema therapy is and how it might help me work on my codependency.
