So Much More Than Fitness

This podcasts is a weapon in the hands of anyone trying to thrive mind, body, soul, and spirit. Morgan is not concerned with superficial fitness, but rather total health and wellness. She knows that change occurs first in the mind, and that our fitness journey is not just about the weights we lift in the gym but also what we put in our bodies, what we think about ourselves, and who we chose to surround ourselves with. It is so clear that she has built her life around these convictions, and she invites me to do the same every time I have a listen.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I’ve been searching for a podcast with topics that were pertinent to my life and interests and this is it! I love the diversity in topics from science-related topics to changing mindsets towards positivity. Morgan is so relatable and I appreciate her comments and the topics she thoughtfully selects.
