I have been looking for a podcast lately that not only actually talks about coffee but educates. I have recently become obsessed with coffee and roasters and this is great. I would love to hear more education and expertise from the guest speakers as well as maybe some baristas to talk about how to make some drinks. I have an espresso. Machine at home, certainly nothing fancy. Yet, I am trying to do more with it. I’m not sure if my timing is off, if I am really using it correctly. I’m kind of just winging it. I am so far loving this podcast, can not wait to hear more. Much love from the state of VA!
