How often do we get the opportunity for deeply engaging conversation? Coffee with Intention is a podcast featuring intentional and vulnerable conversation with a guest on various topics to inspire you to live with more authenticity, intention and purpose.
Discerning Ego and Processing & Releasing Emotions
My very first male guest is my 8-year old son Kanu who has been asking to be on my podcast for a long time. He loves talking about emotions and was excited to talk about the time he had a hard time processing many emotions at once. We talk about discerning ego, how holding onto emotions impacts us and how he processes complicated and overwhelming feelings.
This podcast was recorded in Spring of 2021. He would like you to know he's now 9 and in 4th grade.
