My very first male guest is my 8-year old son Kanu who has been asking to be on my podcast for a long time. He loves talking about emotions and was excited to talk about the time he had a hard time processing many emotions at once. We talk about discerning ego, how holding onto emotions impacts us and how he processes complicated and overwhelming feelings.
