We’ve touched on sticky work situations a few times in a few ways in previous episodes, but I’ll be darned if a brand new sticky situation didn’t unfold over the past couple of months for me personally.

In Episode 11, the overarching theme is Perseverance.
Today I make an effort to connect three themes from the movie Finding Nemo to a very heartfelt email from a listener.

I re-watched the movie The Shawshank Redemption over the weekend and while there are tons of great lines throughout, one that really hit me this time around was Andy Dufresne’s line about Hope.

The first seven episodes break my “6 steps to getting unstuck” down into explanation through description and personal stories. The balance of this season is about putting the six steps into practice, on both large and small scale efforts.
