3. How to Make Friends‪!‬ Focus Your Time!

    • Mental Health

In this episode, I'm speaking with my friend Ashley Ford, about how to find friends! Ashley always says she doesn’t know a stranger, which is so apparent because she makes friends wherever she goes. She discusses how to find friends at the dog park, through volunteering, and in coffee shops and restaurants, even if you’re shy.

Ashley works as a realtor at the Messa Group https://themessagroup.com/ashley-ford/. She's originally from Mississippi, and now lives in beautiful Washington State. She’s the mother of a daughter with autism and has been married over 20 years, and has been involved in community groups and events, where she pours her heart into helping others. Ashley loves traveling, concerts, beaches and hiking, and always has a friendly warm smile on her face!!
