    • Mental Health

Today's episode is all about complaining!

It also releases cortisol which can impair the immune system. So, if you frequently suffer with illness, you might want to look at just how much time you spend complaining.

In this episode I'll share a few tips for how to complain less.

Here are links to the books I referenced in the podcast.
