Based on the iconic, Emmy-nominated series on A&E, this show explores some of the most difficult-to-solve murders, which stymied investigators and went cold, sometimes for decades. In fact, one-third of all murders in America remain open. But thanks to dogged investigators and breakthroughs in forensic technology, these cases become part of the rare 1% of cold cases that are ever solved. Hosted by Brooke Gittings ("Convicted" and "Actual Innocence") and featuring the voice of original Cold Case Files host, Bill Kurtis.

Great podcast

I think Brooke Giddings is great. She does sound young which I’m not sure why that’s a bad thing (cuz young girls can’t be wise or trusted?!?!) I like to hear her thoughts on the case because it often brings up a perspective I did not know of before. I think judging the host because of her young voice instead of what she is actually saying is the exact definition of judging a book by its cover. Some prejudices need to be disbanded here. Good job A&E for sticking with the team!

when u return...only bill kurtis please

I can't handle brooke the narrator ...I don't want to hear her opinions...or what she googled...just the facts...and bill kurtis.

Can’t listen to this narrator

She reads everything without the slightest acknowledgement of what she is saying. Like she’s not mature enough to respect the stories she is just reading off.
