First off: This podcast is definitely for mature audiences. There's always profanity and frank discussion of drug use and sexual scenarios.

The host, Jeremy, does ramble at times and he really likes to focus in on feminism and sexism. Don't know what his hang-up on that is, but he has his moments of good observations and spins on things. Half the time I agree with him and the other half I stronly disagree with him. However, that's a good thing usually. The other two occuring podcasters on this show are Mike, a somewhat straight-lace, by-the-numbers commentor. He's the complete 180 of Jeremey. And there's the star of the podcast: Zuey. Way off-beat and filled with life. She's a complete contrast to all the others and usually saves every podcast she's on. Zuey works well because she works in and out of the others and their thoughts and opinions. Zuey is awesome.

I have being listening to this podcast for a long time and it has brought lots of laughs, smiles, and over all good times during either my monotonous old job or during my current long commute. Their movie recommendations are always on point.

I have listened to this podcast for years and years now, and it remains one I look forward to listening to the most on my commute each week. The content ranges from anime to obscure film to old cartoons and sometimes movies that are still running in theaters. There is a solid core of well articulated regulars as well as interesting guest contributors. I find their analysis to be quite well thought out, and they have a sense of humor that makes me laugh out loud often when I listen. I am not sure why other reviewers would complain about the show; different strokes for different folks, I guess. If you are a fan of anime, B-movies, or nostalgic cartoons, give DAPDX a shot!
