These are some pretty divisive times, but I think we can all agree that  the past 5 months have been nothing short of anxiety-inducing.  Our next guest, Steve Schwartz, is a trained Ayurvedic practitioner that’s going to talk to us about the value of stress-reducing rituals, and share some insights as to how we can ground ourselves in these crazy times through the Art of Tea.
