Get thru ep. 1

Push thru ep. 1, I was ready to give up, but the rest of this podcast is GREAT! I’ve been following this case for 7+ years and I’ve learned new info. SO cool to hear the tell-alls from the detective on the case and family members! Keep it up!

I learned nothing

This is one of the worst podcasts I’ve ever listened to and that’s a shame because this story is so important. The podcasters are very poorly scripted and unnatural. Grammatical errors are not edited out. The biggest disappointment was the lack of organization and storyline. I came into this podcast knowing nothing about the Brian Shaffer disappearance. In an early episode they mention Brian’s fathers death and a message left on the legacy website in an interview but they don’t explain anything about his death or the message until a few episodes later. They assume listeners know details about this story. Who were the girls Brian was seen with outside the bar? They say their names as if we knew who they were in relation to Brian. The interview with the private investigator was played in full in 3 different episodes like they ran out of content so they just played it again.

Can’t do it

Super interesting case, the hosts and editing are impossible to suffer through. They guy sounds like he’s mumbling through xanex coma. They’re both overly indignant with their interviews, and the editing is super fatty and redundant/ painful. Was excited for this one, turns out there’s a reason I hadn’t heard of it.
