Fog Cutter
2 oz light rum1 oz brandy or congac1/2 oz Gin1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice1/2 oz orgeat syrup1 oz oloroso sherry
Combine all of the ingredients except the sherry in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds and pour entire contents into a Fog Cutter glass or other large glass. Float the sherry on top and garnish with a lemon and brandied cherries.
Commando
1 1/2 oz Bourbon3/4 oz Cointreau3/4 oz Lime Juice1/4 oz Simple Syrup1/4 oz Absinthe Rinse
Rinse the inside of a coupe glass with the absinthe and set aside Add all of the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 10-12 seconds. Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
