Community On Purpose Ep 43- Amy McConnell

Community On Purpose

Welcome to another episode of Community on Purpose, the podcast where we sit down with women who are intentionally creating community through business, giving or living. Mommas listen up because I’ve got a jam packed episode for you. Today I had the chance to sit down with Amy McConnell, Owner and Chief Curaytor of East Valley Moms a hyperlocal, digital media platform for connecting local parents with local resources and storytelling to inspire a more connected, joyful parenting journey across Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Apache Junction and Queen Creek in Arizona. With a passion for helping other moms feel connected and supported through the often challenging and confusing journey of motherhood, Amy has built a thriving organization based on helping others feel seen and heard in a very noisy world. After 10+ years in the corporate PR world, the birth of Amy’s son brought about the need for a new community, one that she knew she was uniquely positioned to create. With compassion and integrity, Amy has built a community from the inside out focusing on culture, communication, and brand clarity. I could say so much more about this gal, she is so full of personality and passion - but let’s dig right in!
