The best start to your day!

As a former softball player I’ll always be an athlete. So naturally I gravitated towards Compete Everyday. I found Jake’s podcast through (formerly Dallas) Fitness Ambassadors. We’re a group of bloggers, trainers and coaches who all have different purposes but we work together to give our communities unique (virtual and IRL) health and wellness experiences. Jake’s podcast helps me get in the right mindset to start my day! Preparing for my clients, coaching classes, my own workouts and all the aspects of my business that I dislike- practice makes better and Jake’s here to see us through those challenges so we can succeed on our own court!
