After 25 years at the Late Night desk, Conan realized that the only people at his holiday party are the men and women who work for him.

Over the years and despite thousands of interviews, Conan has never made a real and lasting friendship with any of his celebrity guests. So, he started a podcast to do just that.

Deeper, unboundedly playful, and free from FCC regulations, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend is a weekly opportunity for Conan to hang out with the people he enjoys most and perhaps find some real friendship along the way.

So many laughs

My favorite podcast that I listen to the second it’s available (and then can’t wait for the next one as soon as it’s over). I was cooking yesterday, in quarantine, and was laughing so loud, my dog thought I was crazy. Great, hilarious podcast during a much needed time.

My first erection

Hi, first off I love listening to Conan on the podcast along with Sona and Matt. Also, I went to a taping of the show in mid to late April of 2017 where Sarah Silverman was on the show and I had a sign that said “ I got my first erection from watching Conan.” I was wondering if Conan remembers and if the clip is available anywhere. ALSO, what’s the weirdest sign you guys have had at the trappings?
Thank you!

As a mom of 2 and a pediatric home care nurse, when I get that drive alone to and from work or an occasional jog, this podcast is my treat. It is so hilarious. Always been a big Conan fan. Love him and the whole podcast crew. That quarantine special was one of the funniest episodes. I was crying laughing, which probably came across sad to anyone passing a lady with scrubs on driving alone. Thank you all for bringing such joy in these times!!
