Wanna give a shout-out to Don Swasing..
Guys Mr.Don here is a true leader, an also he's exceptionally wise to the fundamentals of the business, personally I'm only 32 years old & just to be honest know some guys that have never thought about, cared enough to even know really what Con Expo Con-Agg is,& as bad as I hate to admit this, these guys work for my daddy dirt construction business everyday. As for myself, the only son of the family, working in our constitution Sand & Gravel operations, one was a dredging operation,& the other was a mill wash-plant operation. Not only did I make myself master the trade,I pushed myself hard,& actually that's where I found my calling. Not having those operations anymore because of a asphalt company bought them out,I got my cdl's & started focusing on watching how my dad's runs his business on the day to days. This podcast was made for me, because interaction with other employees isn't so easy, simply because they can't understand that I'm the one that stands to take a incredible louse..thanks alot. Btw, being able to come to Vegas & the Con Expo Con-Agg is definitely on the bucket list. Thanks
