Helpful info

Coach Danielle keeps it realistic in her suggestions of how to keep healthy and fit without killing yourself in the process. She has amazing guests. I’d suggest it for anyone looking for fitness motivation.

Awesome Tips and Takeaways!

Coach Danielle’s podcast have some excellent tips and takeaways on nutrition and fitness. I find a lot of helpful information in her nutrition episodes, especially demystifying the macro and micro nutrients that we need in our bodies. The running episodes are definitely a must listen for those who either are runners or those who are interested in running as a sport. Coach Danielle keeps her episodes fun and entertaining while you learn new things about fitness and nutrition. I always look forward to her new episodes every Tuesday.

Absolutely love the podcast

I loved the podcast in general but the episode about training your brain is my favorite so far. Brain work is just as important and the physical conditioning that we do. I am also now in the market for a muse. Thanks for sharing.
