Confessions of a Super Mom Wannabe is a podcast for women who just feel like a hot mess of coffee and dry shampoo. Each episode encourages women to pursue the best version of themselves in the midst of the chaos and imperfection that is motherhood. It’s full of inspiring guests and real stories from real women about how they found strength in imperfection, beauty in the mess, joy and peace in the midst of the fear…and how you can too.

Rebuilding Yourself When Your Marriage Falls Apart, with CEO of Lillian & Co, Charity Craig (replay)
I'm playing an oldie but goodie.
Way back in episode number 6, I talked with the founder and CEO of my favorite jewelry company, Charity Craig.
Since then, Charity has become a confidante, an ally, we've even gone into business together.
Charity offers so much more than beautiful, inspirational jewelry. She offers women an olive branch to tell them they're not alone in even their darkest struggles.
I just love this woman, and I know you will too after hearing her story of rebuiling herself when her world fell apart.
Frugalicious Meal Planning, with Kate Peterson
Katie Peterson, a domestic engineer, mom of seven, and meal planning genius is the smiling face of Kate’s Creative Kitchen. As a dietitian, she loves to create healthy food (and sometimes not so healthy food) on a budget... calling it Frugalicious! Katie has been teaching others how to make meal planning a successful habit for their families for over 15 years.
I adore Kate's realness and humor. We talked about how to manage meal planning so it's not so overwhelming!
Confession Session: I'm not that fancy
My "fancy" bar is set really, really low.
Survival Guide for Talking to Your Kids About Sex, with Cindy Scharkey
Okay, if your littles are around and you're not quite ready to talk about the baby dance, this might be an episode to put in the earbuds or listen when they're not around. While the topic is healthy and clean, this is your warning.
Cindy Scharkey is a health care professional leading educational conversations about sexual health. She is passionate about breaking the silence surrounding women’s sexuality and empowering parents with knowledge and confidence to be their child’s sexual health educator. She is married to the love of her life, and they have three adult daughters.
Cindy offers sex education and resources through her newsletter, blog and the Permission for Pleasure podcast. Through her workshops and private consultations, she is on a mission to provide the comprehensive sex education that every woman needs.
Cindy gives us a survival guide for how to talk to our kids about this subject that can feel scary, overwhelming, and awkward. It's more than just about the Birds and the Bees which, Cindy feels strongly we should abolish that term. She helps us to be prepared for the inevitable questions that will come, how to feel emboldened not to shy away from them, and the HUGE favor we can do for our daughters by talking openly about sex and pleasure.

Kristen is real, she’s relatable, she’s funny, and I feel like she’s speaking directly to ME in each podcast! The podcast with her husband, Byron, when they’re talking about their fights was like listening to a conversation between my husband and me. I seriously wondered if she had secretly interviewed my husband for material for the podcast! (Except for the part about the high speed chase down the country road!) If you haven’t listened yet, stop what you’re doing now and listen!
Sharing Real Life Topics with Compassion
