Discussion Points:

Introduction and backgrounds - Sean and Jonathan
You two have obviously found your ‘passion’-- how do you explain the phenomenon of the great resignation, presumably a lot of the people quitting have lost their sense of passion?
Personally, I miss being with people, when work continues in a remote or hybrid setup, what can be done to keep people engaged?
When people feel disconnected, they should identify what they are missing from “before” and try to recreate that as much as they can
