About Sylvia Plester-Silk: 

Sylvia Plester-Silk, RSW, is an author, podcaster, and intuitive counsellor who integrates traditional therapy with energy work to help individuals transform their lives and live fully on purpose. As a Registered Social Worker, she has assisted thousands of individuals in finding their way through addictions, mental health issues, and trauma.

In the mid-1990s, Sylvia discovered energy work and her intuition. Since 2004, she has been working independently with individuals and groups. She is a captivating speaker on topics including Energetic Stress Management, Healing is Possible, and Trusting Your Intuition. She is the author of Healing is Possible: Ten Things You Need to Know to Heal (2024), the Healing is Possible Companion Journal (2024).
