Unique and Necessary

I’ve been really impressed with this podcast so far. It offers a really fresh, candid take on the mental aspects of the game required without being too “preachy.” I’m the furthest thing from an athlete, but I still find a lot of value and interest in the topics discussed. Keep it up!

Overall positive

Been following Conner on Instagram for about a year. His podcast follows through with an overall positive energy for life. Acknowledges good and bad days but keeps an upbeat spirit that gets you through a day.

Great listen and insight

As an diehard Devils fan I had to give the podcast a try and I was absolutely blown away. Some of the insight Connor provides for both hockey and life is incredible. Do yourself a favor and check out this podcast. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll learn more about life and mental growth than hockey but you’ll learn about that too.
