Who is Anjaan

The solocast is Hosted by Anjaan - a meditation guide and relaxation coach, who helps people find peace and relaxation in the midst of their busy urban lives.

Having the privilege of being born into a Vedic family, Anjaan has been practicing the ways of ancient wisdom traditions like Yoga and Tantra for the last 20+ years. He is a reiki grandmaster, trained in Pranic healing and Kundalini Shakti transmission, a certified Yoga teacher, a hypnotherapist, an ordained Zen Facilitator and a 11th Dan in Traditional Japanese Martial arts.

He has trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Ayurvedic massage therapy, Japanese Pressure point techniques, myofascial release and Kundalini Tantra massage. He holds group classes, 1:1 sessions and retreats & workshops to facilitate transformation. All of his sharing, guidance and teaching is deep rooted in eastern concepts of Yoga, Tantra and Zen.

Through this episode – you will hear him offering plenty of practical advice and realistic tips that you can implement in your daily life - keeping the WOOWOO to the minimum.
