I save this podcast for my tough runs because it always motivates me. If I'm having a crappy day, it reassures me that even great athletes have crummy workouts, and it makes me want to come back and try harder. I also really appreciate the fact that you address the concerns of a variety of athletes, including over 50, like me. Keep being awesome!!
