She is the founder of Yes & More, which is an organization focused on personal growth and wellness to help empower leaders through mind and body wellness programs. Dr. Tsai closely examines the impact of chronic stress on the body using her extensive background in both internal medicine and integrative medicine. She is widely recognized for her TEDx talk “Body Intelligence”, which dives into the power of advocating for your inner intelligence regarding health and well being. Dr. Tsai is the author of the bestselling book, “So Much Better: Life-Changing Strategies to Develop Calm, Confidence, and Curiosity to Become Your Own Inspiring Success Story.” She shares a variety of insights on how to make transformative changes using various wellness techniques to create your own success story.
 
In today’s episode, host Shay Shay Beider welcomes Dr. Cindy Tsai to the Conversations on Healing Podcast. The pair discuss a range of topics from personal explorations to holistic approaches to well being. Cindy describes her  healing journey and the challenges she dealt with navigating a rare autoimmune disease. This led her to take a more integrative approach to health by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. She encourages her patients to use self reflection in order to understand themselves more fully and practice self compassion. Dr. Tsai also shares some of her work with women to embrace their feminine energy and make time for celebrating themselves. She discusses the difference between masculine and feminine energies in all genders and the power of finding balance between these different parts of ourselves.
