Top notch guests, clear questions, purposeful conversation

I have been a student at WOKE Yoga and studied with Cora and the co-owners from episode 2. I'm so excited that they've taken their approach to this format because I think they'll do something different than I've seen in any other podcast.

Cora has brings great, clear questions to the table and then allows the guests to take the conversation where they need to. It's refreshing, especially as I often hear interviews in which it feels like the interviewer is leading the conversation with a specific agenda which sometimes means we lose out on interesting content that the guest is trying to share. In this way, Cora is the perfect host - she manages to maintain her intelligent and calm demeanor while getting some gems out of her guests.

So far I loved hearing about the different pathways the owners of WOKE Yoga took to get to yoga and then all about Bernie Clark's scientific approach to yin/yang. His mantra "what's stopping you" is something I'd like to integrate into my practice.

I'm excited to hear from Sarah Powers and Cecily Milne! Keep it up Wokies!
