Bursting Show with Motivation and Inspiration

Absolutely awesome Podcast! Lisa delivers such real and heart opening advice along with her inspirational guests who give you a new perspective. A mini episode I expanded with was about Love vs Fear. My take home nuggets were: " As Oprah says, "It all comes down to love and fear", keep it simple, Elizabeth Gilbert's book Big Magic :fear will always be there, we are programed to recognize scary situations, need it to keep you safe, but it can take over and not take you very far, thank the fear and have it go to back seat, don't push it away just go to back seat, tell the Universe, 'Hey universe this is what I want, don't know how it will happen, " let it go. Fear can be disguised as practicality . It all comes down to forgiveness and self love . " And so it is!

Dragon cube ,
