Trigger Warning: mental health conversation
Oh what a week that has transpired. From the jarring and unfathomable death of Stephen tWitch Boss this week and everything else in between has been hard. I am not one where celebrity deaths touch me to my core as much as this one has. We all have continued to speak about mental health. There's no way of knowing the ins and outs of anyone's thoughts. This podcast has always been the champion of mental health. So tune in as we discuss not the particulars of his death but the way we can show up for ourselves and others.

Guest of the episode:
Mike Brown(Blue Man)has been Blue for over a decade and a half. It has all been a dream come true for Mike. His hometown is Boston, Massachusetts where he has the incredible honor of working and performing with all the talented people at The Charles Playhouse. He has also had the amazing good fortune of performing in New York, Chicago, Orlando, internationally in Berlin and Oberhausen, Germany, on the beautiful Epic of Norwegian Cruise Lines, two previous National Tours and is now absolutely thrilled to be on BMG’s brand-new North American Tour. For him,all these opportunities leave him just... speechless. He would not be here without the love and support of his family and friends. He is grateful for you all! Some of Mike’s favorite hobbies include playing board games, watching Monster House, drumming for Crash Smash Explode and ghostbusting. He hopes you all enjoy the show and that you each get a chance to pick up a good book this summer. Blue Man Group is coming to the Kimmel Center December 27-December 31st-tickets available.
