So the inevitable happened. MS is raising the price of GamePass across the board, and introducing a lower tier that kinda sucks. We have all kinds of thoughts on it, and one us even dumped it. Also, are transformers skins enough to get Jon back into Overwatch 2? Probably not. Ayaneo retro console looks pretty cool (it's more a mini PC but still seems great for emu). Nintendo takes public stance to not use generative AI. CCP will making Eve Online open-source in order to ensure the MMO can live on forever. Darktide overhauling weapon progression, adding mastery xp and making it more progression focused rather than RNG. All that and your feedback.

Beau repeats himself and gets on his high horse
Long time listener, but when Beau gets on a subject he repeats himself and interrupts the other hosts. It’s annoying. Just make the point and move on or let the hosts respond.
Hosts get a bit snobby.
Been listening to Scott’s work since early Instance episodes, but lately it seems to me there is a lot of games that, if you’d like to hear their opinion of, you’re more than likely to hear why they didn’t play it. Game can be !too popular! or has some controversy around it you will be treated to 30 minutes of explanation why they will not play it. Scott will quite often rediscover the same game 2 years later, forgetting that he has a show playing retro…
