I am fortunate to have Jodi Vetterl as my first guest on this new series. Jodi has been an active investor for over 15 years now and has taken the path as a private lender. Jodi has discovered an alternative to investing in real estate. While most investors are taught to use OPM (Other Peoples Money), she had discovered the power of being the person with the money and lending it out such as the bank does as a private lender.
Jodi has taken this knowledge she has and published a book called "Beyond the Bank" where she goes over exactly how the banks make money and are some of the most successful companies in the world, and how you can do exactly what they do as well. From there she has developed coaching programs to help teach this strategy and within weeks of students starting, they start earning interest of loans they have done.
