A Russian health care regulator has approved a vaccine for the coronavirus, despite the fact it has yet to complete Phase III clinical trials. Russia plans to vaccinate millions of citizens. A day after marking 100 days without any community transmission, New Zealand recorded 4 new cases of COVID-19. For the first time in 13 days, Japan has recorded less than 1,000 new daily cases.
