Her boss wasn’t supportive, and she never allowed herself rest or grace. For a long time, she wished someone could walk beside her, reassure her that she wasn’t alone, and give her tools to navigate the stress with confidence. That’s why she created this program.

Mari now helps women, just like you, release mom guilt, reset their identity, and step back into their careers with clarity, confidence, and calm. Her approach blends science-backed techniques like EFT (tapping), hypnosis, and NLP with heart-centered practices such as journaling, grounding rituals, and values-based clarity tools. Together, she and her clients don’t just talk about balance, they create it.
