Answer to my prayers

I’m a new coach and I’m so thankful that I came across Steph! We share the same passions, and I’m going to learn so much from her!! Mind, body and business are what fuel my soul! She’s all that and then some!

Not the Podcast for Me.

While I think Stephanie and her podcast aim for uplifting and empowerment, her latest episode was a major move in the wrong direction (in my opinion).

I like that Stephanie encourages women to take control of their lives and build their confidence. However, in her latest episode about why struggles are necessary, she talks about how it’s okay for others to call you “fat” and “unhealthy.” But we already know that you can’t tell if someone is unhealthy just by looking at them. This podcast implies that it’s okay to shame others based on their looks and that we should welcome this criticism to help us grow as people.

I do agree with the point that we should recognize that criticism will happen; it’s impossible for people to not judge you. But I feel that Stephanie doesn’t understand how triggering and damaging these words can be to someone’s self esteem.

Overall, I wish Stephanie luck but this is not the podcast for me.
