Hear the story of how KOYA got started, about their world travels and service trips, and why they’re incredibly passionate about kindness.
After spending the entire day with them, I was blown away by their genuine hearts. For real, both of them have such rich spirits. It’s no surprise that their team launched an app with a mission surrounding kindness. I am excited for you to listen to this episode.
My big takeaway is micro goals and micro celebrations (around the 1:02:00 mark). I love this idea! It will definitely be implemented into my work routine.
CHALLENGE: This week’s challenge is inspired by KOYA: make someone’s day! Whether it’s once this week or once a day for the entire week, your goal is to make someone’s day. Smile at a stranger while passing by, say hello to the person in the subway, write a thank you card to a coworker, or any other kind act.
There are a few ways you can report back once you complete the challenge. You can post on Facebook or Instagram using #goalinkchallenge, tag us in your stories or use The Goalink Hotline. The hotline is designed for those who want to remain anonymous (or don’t have social media) but still desire a form of accountability. To use the hotline call (385) 626-0525 and follow the instructions.
