Authentic stories that show the strength of the human spirit.

I love this collection of diverse stories of genuine, resilient people who we can all relate to in many ways, remind us that we are all connected in our suffering and we do not to struggle in silence and isolation.

Great podcast! Amazing testimonies of real life people and their struggles with mental illnesses. Most of us can relate to these experiences to a certain extent so I'm very grateful to all who participate and make it happen.
