RefineRE is the only independent Portfolio Intelligence solution for corporate real estate occupiers. We empower tenants (occupiers) to make smarter, better, faster real estate decisions by connecting data. We deliver real-time reporting and dashboard visualization, contribute actionable analytics, and provide a true cloud platform for our clients CRE data.We are revolutionizing the availability and application of data for what has traditionally been a "black box" for occupiers. Our belief is that occupiers drive every facet of the CRE lifecycle and that while their landlords have become increasingly strategic (institutional), no one has delivered the data and tools to give tenants a true competitive advantage using an area that isn't their core competency, the real estate that they occupy. Our clients include Fortune 250 corporate users, fast-growing middle-market manufacturers, and some of the world's top commercial real estate broker teams.
