    Episode 49 - Are you playing a defensive game or an offensive game with your business?

If you listen closely, you can hear the sound of brackets busting all over the place! While I am not a huge college basketball fan, I do enjoy watching the March Madness tournament. Schools I have never heard of show up and beat the pants off of schools everyone has heard of….it’s so exciting….it’s a freaking rollercoaster. On the court, these players have to switch from offense to defense and back again and sometimes within seconds…..which brings me to my question for you my friend… What game are you playing in your business?  Are you playing to score and win with awesome offensive strategies….or are you playing to protect what you have and in defense mode? Do you find yourself being able to plan a great offense and execute to your goals….ya know…shoot those 3 point shots to win the game? Or do you find yourself on defense running around like a crazy person trying to get the ball back, and having to protect what you’ve built?
