* The organization helped Groupon in its early days to scale up. It has also worked with Uber in scaling its products.

* Creating a company that lasts is more important to Chad than occupying roles.* When the organization couldn’t decouple its CEO role from the VP of sales role, Chad thought it was best to have someone who could perform both tasks effectively.

* Chad had been doing freelance web design and development work since his high school days.* The dot.com space was still suffering from the aftereffects of the 9/11 attacks when Chad graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2002,
